keep getting their small wager amounts back via consolations,
they will continue to bet in the tri pool.
But the moment somebody makes a hit, there goes each other bettors
$2 dollars and they basically say, "If that's how it is,
I'm outta here" and stop betting.
That seems to be what he meant by "you may just have wiped
out the tri pool for the remainder of the performance".
