Probably a 'seasoned' player, who's learned a lot along the way:
Maybe not the best catcher, but is always in position
Maybe not the most powerful thrower, but uses shot placement
effectively
Court strategy is always on his mind
Always in communication with his partner
May get more from the game than his physical skills suggest.
Could be a lot of guys, but he certainly paid attention in
school and never stops learning.
Doesn't have to be an active player, BTW.
