This real estate ad (link below) for the fronton is contradictory.
The listing notes the amount of seats, concession stands, and
170' x 58' "stage", but at the end of the listing it
stated "The building has been gutted and made ready for new
interior construction, a new roof was completed in 2001."
I have a friend that reviews the legalities of all contracts for
Palm Beach County. I'll ask him if he knows anyone that may be
familiar with the condition of the building. Not that it matters
though, as the license is owned by the Rooney family. They had
once mentioned that if slots were possible, they'd consider building
a new fronton next to their dog track (that was back in 1998).
