Like, when you pay a few dollars on a par three (in golf) and if you hit a hole in one you win a car. All those contests are done with insurance. With 8 or 9 games the fronton would get their cut while having enough to pay the insurance. I know, it is not parimutuel. The state would have to pass a law allowing the Frontons this type of bet.
