Milford '99: 8-6 Exacta netted $1.09 over the whole year - 6,415 games.
Milford '01: 8-6 was $0.93. Still not bad, but nothing like $1.09.
In that year, though, we had:

Fact is, you've got 56 possibilities. Sort them, and there will always be one on top and one on the bottom. Same combos as last year? Probably not.
