Wow, that was a great explanation Craig but I do
remember the "pointless point" happening and Steev Ramsdell
was announcing that day at Dania. I wonder if its possible they
somehow got the rotation wrong in the playoff which created the
"PP". Im not sure if Steev is a member here but maybe
he recalls.
BTW- To answer the original question my guess would be (D) well
over 100 million possibilities just because most of the things
you post require quite a lot of focus to comprehend so well over
100 million is also quite a lot. That is my reasoning.
