Thanks for making a guess.

The correct answer is actually C - 43,187,908.

A - 1,293,248 is the number of all possible different point sequences for a Spec 7 games, including the playoffs.

D - "well over 100 million" could describe the number of all possible paths for a complete superfecta game, since that number is 220,217,358.

That is one helluva jump from the Spec 7, about 170 times as many possibilities.
