Depends.....what do you mean by perfect placement? If you're talking about a shot that bounces on the court and then hits the cage or the wall out of bounds in the backcourt, I think a player can try for it, but he has to be somewhat lucky to have it work perfectly. If you're talking about a perfectly placed cortada or carambola that splits the defense, that's all skill.
