Yes it is a form of fixing when a team or player knows that he has either place or show locked up and doesnt give the 'usual' effort to win the game that he normally gives and loses the point just to receive beleto.. its basically the same thing that happened with the chinese badmitten team in the olympics that laid down to play a lesser aponent, they got caught and punished and the state should punish players they see laying down to win cash, alot of players have done it including myself but unfortunatly thats what money does to people.
