Wow I have heard some good ones, really like the name brand resturant... Well since I just got back from a trip from South Beach and spent a lot of time at Wet Willies hey why not bring something like that with wings or something and really make it a place for night life. Whom better to introduce to the sport than other sports fans... Something with a night life that can cater to all. I mean look at the back parking in Orlando find something to do with it. Also at Orlando build a place that is more like a patio where smokers can smoke and bet on all the live action. I dont smoke but just seen something like this at Melbourne Dog track and quite a few people use it.
