No-one is humanly strong enough to throw the ball with the amount of force necessary to accomplish that. If you want to ad other factors like shooting the pelota out of a cannon or something like that then I guess it could be done but the way I understood the question was the pelota being thrown by a jai alai player using a cesta on a pro court (175 feet or so or more) and in that case its impossible.
