I would just like to say that this is physically impossible under normal circumstances, however at times a jai alai court is anything but normal. Ive witnessed first hand a ball skipping down the side wall at the old Tampa cancha only to see it land on the wood befor hitting the backwall or the floor. Its not physically possible to throw a shot like that however the imperfections in the court allow for some awkward things to happen. If a speeding pelota hit a hole or some other type of imperfection in the back wall it could possibly send the pelota back to the front wall in an ascending trajectory and maybe even hit the front wall befor a second bounce. Anyone else seen a served ball at the Orlando fronton hit the floor and roll?
