LIAM EARNS 2,000TH MILFORD WIN ON NOSTALGIA NIGHT
----Veteran frontcourter Liam, a native of Fairfield, Connecticut, became
the eighth player in Milford Jai-Alai history to accumulate 2,000 wins at
the fronton, when he captured the 4th game singles on Saturday evening's
"Nostalgia Night" program. He was the third to reach the milestone this
year.
JORGE TAKES "FAST FRIDAYS" RADAR GUN COMPETITION
----Jorge took this past Friday evening's "Fast Fridays" radar gun
competition with a top reading of 127 miles per hour, defeating Xabat's
122 and Beitia's 117.
----This Friday night's competition, the last one ever held, will feature
the three players who have registered the highest readings since the
competition started: Wayne (135), Mace (130) and Raul (130).
MILFORD INJURY REPORT
----Raul scratched with ankle problem from Saturday night through Monday
evening. The veteran backman expects to return on Wednesday. Wayne also
plans to come back on Wednesday, after missing Monday's doubleheader due
to a minor back ailment.

defeating Wayne and Manci.
