'Nearly' impossible, we can deal with, e.g., 5-8-7 in Spectacular-7.
But, 'impossible' just wouldn't fly.
Since it's single-point scoring, I would tend to think all
combos are possible. Same with stretching it to 4 points for the
Superfecta. But, analysis would be needed, and/or someone with
a great memory.
