Re(2): Why do retired Jai-Alai players seem to distance themselves from the sport?

I played with Joey from his pro debut through the early 80's and never knew he was on What's My Line? I was on What's My Line? in November 1969...39 years ago this month. Ouch!

I have written several requests while doing research trying to obtain a copy. Wally Bruner was the host. Soupy Sales guessed me. I was a kid alone in New York knocking on the back door of the Ed Sullivan theater. Arlene Francis opened the door. There I was standing with a cesta and a pelota. She asked if I was on the show and could she show me where the guest room was. She was a panelist...do you think they could have had more of a hint?

I've had no replies to my requests. If you know how to get a copy let me know. June Lockhart was the mystery guest. I still have the original invitation letter from Goodson Todman telling me my itinerary. I got $200 expense money, roundtrip air, stay at the Hilton. Wally Bruner flipped the whole $50 prize money over for me. He said it was only fair because Soupy Sales was a regular at Dania Jai-Alai.
