So right you are but because you made the basque/French players look bad they were reluctant to teach others and made it very difficult to break through to the pro ranks (excluding the north Miami school).

With that said it is my opinion that a lot of people that showed interest in the sport got a not so friendly welcome and quickly left and never came back. I think the chance to expand the sport throughout the US was lost back in the day due to the old mentality that it is are sport and you are not invited. All the years that Miami and Dania have been open and now count how many of those years they have let the average Joe play on their court? Sadly,now it's time to reap what you sow.
