Ocala would not be able to have both under the current
law. The spectre of Frank Stronach hovers over this whole deal,
and he wants the track.
The infringement rule is 50 miles. That means the whole west coast
is free. Fort Myers, maybe? Nothing much north of Tampa, but Pensacola
might work.
The Hillsborough county permit (Tampa) is still alive, as is,
I think, Palm Beach. Don't know about Daytona, Melbourne, Big
Bend.
