Lets say I have 42 employees..... 32 regular employees and
10 managers who work harder.
during X-MAS, I give them each a bonus. I give each of the regular
employees $25.00 each , but I give the managers (who work harder)
$80.00 each.
doing the math, I gave out $800.00 to the regular employees and
I gave out $800.00 to the 10 managers. Asking me the 'AVERAGE
BONUS' payout, I now would say $38.09.
much different way of thinking than just a $25.00 and a $80.00 payout.
