Actually, I found a published rule!!! The Florida State Racing Commission used to (maybe still does) publish a "Rules and Regulations of Jai Alai". In a 1955 book, I found the following Rule #67 Under the sub-topic "General Rules": "67. Only one serve shall be allowed for each point for each game. THE SERVE KNOWN AS 'TWO WALL' OR 'CAROM SERVE' SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED". (Page 21 of the booklet).
