Carlo, you are singing my song with Grandpas & Dania (How about those warm pecan rolls/danish, gratis!) Cant wait to get down there in Nov for the winter. Dania would do well to follow Pompano for buffet as a lead in to other restaurants. Pompano does a great job. They use higher end restaurants a point reward vehicle for higher end player. All you have to do is look at slot revenues to realize that they have a successful model. Steve D.
