I think the Hooters idea would be a nice addition and definitely
the the wheel house for demographics, tie in the Hooters girls
to Jai Alai promotions again and especially with the parking lot
space to do a bike night / car show as well.
Hooters would need some curb side real estate in the property
which would require some substantial remodeling. Although the
first floor has so much usable space which is underutilized.
If they built from the ground up, the fronton and casino area
could be the center piece surrounded by retail and food.
So many ideas
