I know that consistently playing overlays is one key to being profitable over the long run betting Jai Alai. However, I would be interested in how you and others on Chalk Talk define "overlay". Does it always mean a huge payout and how would you define "huge payout". Would a Diego-Enbil/Diego-Oyarbide late DD paying 15-1 be considered an overlay and a huge payout.
