To me the Citrus should be treated as the pinnacle jai alai
event of the year as the Super Bowl or even Wrestlemania... And
patrons should expect, as these events, to pay more for the best
of the best to perform live for them.
I really beleive what should happen in Box seats $150 , General
admission with assigned seat numbers $120..
Each ticket comes with a super nice program and a $100 betting
voucher to the patron.
Pools would be great. If patrons know this ahead of time and would
have plenty of time to save their funds as if saving for any other
type of vacation they would be planning. And if one night of great
live jai alai not worth $120 with $100 so called "free"
wagering then just close the doors. And I also feel is someone
easily would be able to "sell" on premise their $100
voucher to others who would buy them for a discount , lets say
for $75 so even with that the night would cost under $50. Too
many people complain that jai alai is going away and don't contribute
to the pools. For one night in the year.. .... at the Super Bowl
of Jai Alai. this is not unreasonable
