Sorry, but the coin has no memory, and isn't 'yearning to get
even.' That's a common fallacy - surprised we haven't heard more
from the 'due crew' on this one. In fact, if you made another
200 flips, the single most likely total would be:
Heads - 160
Tails - 140
You have to imagine a (very) long hall with little rooms on
each side - an unlimited number of them, in fact. And, in every
room, there's someone flipping a coin. In some, heads leads, in
others, tails. One or two might even be dead even. And, in one
of those, there's a guy who's hit 60 tails and 40 heads, exactly
counterbalancing our original flipper.
And, we haven't even mentioned parallel universes. :)
