...or Alaska! I can see the placards now. Come to Juneau Jai Alai, home of the 'frozen pelota'. Imagine the speed of a frozen pelota (if it didn't crack). Faster than the speed of a hockey puck!!!
There is a Basque population nearby in Idaho, you know!
Lots of disposable income, and imagine the income derive from the indoor frozen dog sled parking lot. In the restaurant they could served Alaska King Crab Legs, frozen daquiris at the bar and Baked Alaska for dessert. And maybe the scoreboard doesn't freeze!
