You guys all know I have lots of stuff...but if 'The Big Hurricane' were bearing down and I could only take a few items with me to evacuate, I'd probably go as follows:

* Volume 1, Number 1's from Bridgeport, Milford, Hartford, Newport, Orlando (sic) and Tampa;

* The first Miami Jai Alai program-12/11/53, as well as a 1926 Biscayne program;

* Programs from Hippodrome (NYC), Rainbo Fronton (complete 48 pages-Chicago-Feb, 1928),a couple of pieces from New Orleans Jai Alai;

* A rare letter opener from the Basque country circa 1930);

* Bolivar, Joey, Mendi(I and II), Asis, Ara, Ondarres and Mark #27(Milford) jerseys;

* New Orleans, Chicago and 1926 Biscayne Roster photos;

* My copy of "Cesta Punta" autographed by several hundred players.

That's probably all my shopping bag could hold. Couldn't take the original Bridgeport scrapbooks...too big and heavy...they'd have to fend for themselves!!!
