It means, just make sure the 1 or 2 are in your 1st or 2nd numbers. I always play 12, 21, 41. Add the 412 or 413 or 125 or 6 and 215 or 6 tri's and you will do alright. BTW, you wont get rich, but you cash alot of tickets.
