Back in the day,I would sometimes get out of school early and hop over to sneak into the miami jai alai fronton to watch the late games and would be impressed with the way THE big frontman would WAX everyone in doubles and singles with pure power that was a step above everyone else.
The most impressive thing I saw one afternoon was Asis in singles receiving from the serve throw a long carom that seemed to hit the fence at line 3 and then went on to a serve-fest of back to back to back to back smoking aces in singles from post 6 as ASIS ran it out.
I have been fortunate to play with alot of great players in my front but I wish I had the chance to play with a guy like Asis. I think it would have been fun!!!!
