Diego has skills for sure but the knock on him is his poor attitude which I have seen rear its ugly head on occasion. The most notable would be when the front ref called him for juggling and then Diego took that long walk back to the cage all the while glaring at the ref. I just knew it wasnt over and sure enough next time up a ball comes off the back wall and Diego proceeds to take it right side and fires the rebote right in the direction of the front ref with the ball not even coming close to being on the court. Fortunatly there was a lot of distance between Diego and the ref which allowed the ref to get out of the way of the ball. Diego then continued with the evil eye as if to say 'thats what you get for blowing the whistle on me'. Watching everything that had transpired with Diego I knew he wasnt thinking about winning the point, his only concern was to punish (in his mind) the front ref for making a call against him. Poor sportsmanship at its finest.
