Are you saying that one of the chess site (Java?) interfaces could be used w/Link2Bet?
Re: Autodial - I'm not doing it in production, but have fiddled
with the components. Autodial and tone generation are easy. I
need to work on the automated bridge between my forecasting system
and the Autotote input file. Ideally, it will run before each
game, but could do a whole performance in advance. It doesn't
make sense yet, while I'm still feeding the bulldog and unable
to spend the time 'working' my system. 'twill make a lot more
sense when I retire, though, if there's still jai-alai then 
As in any system, the special cases are the difficulty, e.g., adding the necessary latency time between tones to account for the Autotote prompts and delays. Ditto for things like busy signals.
