as a prop, i was thinking on approaching dania / miami jai alai
with a nightly pik all. i would have a million dollar jackpot
and have my company guarantee the jackpot in exchange for the
advertising and a 15%-17.5% daily take of the bets made. we would
then offer 20% of the daily pool to the most winners picked.
i am sure there will be other companys out there that also would
like to participate and be involved,and with such, the word would
get out to everyone in the public areas.
unlike the lottery where the million dollars is paid out over
20 or so years, we would guarantee a cash pay out the day of winning.
another type of bet that would draw action i think would be like
the quin-double but make the bet a little more exciting by offer
the bet every game with a triple quinnella bet with 3 games in
a row. (or maybe a quad-quin 4 games selectivly picked throughout
the night)
i would go with my 1st choice, and offer the bets on the internet.
another thing off topic for anyone interested, my company is in the process of purchasing a nice parcel on brickell island and placing a 1st class sports complex with 20 tennis courts, olympic swimming, golf, basketball, handball, 50 bowling lanes, 25 batting cages, 4 soccer units and of course my favorite 4 jai alai courts. we are thinking on hiring ex-pros to help run the place and be the draw. you heard it here 1st.
