What really came into the limelight this year was the #1 factor that hinders Orlando Jai Alai from ever significantly improving:......the staff there.

What you have behind the scene are many employees with 15, 20, 25 years of service who don't give a shit if the place succeeds or not. I believe that an employee of any business should be accountable for their everyday performance. There is no accountability with any Orlando Jai Alai employee. If you do your job well or if your a lazy ass, no difference!

Until that changes, it is status quo.

I want to say that there are several competent employees but those with little ambition sour the whole operation.

Give them their release papers - bring in fresh blood!!!
