Why dont they cap it at 20 or 25k, then force it out that sat night or something. In the meantime, once it caps just pay out the whole pool to consolations. You could get a nice one once it caps for 5/6. Also if anyone hits 5/6 before it caps do you pay out 25 or 50% of the pool?
