Probably the saddest memory for this question is Asis. He was
one of the all time greats, especially watching him in the late
'70s playing against a lot of other legends. I have many great
memories of watching him play at his peak. He extended his playing
career by switching to backcourt and towards the very end it just
made me sad to watch, he was just a shell of his former self.
For current players, I think Pedrouzo has stayed too long. He
was such a great player to watch, smooth style and caught every
ball thrown to him. I knew I could always catch a winner with
him. In recent years though, his abilities have just dropped way
down, almost as though he has no desire to play but doesn't want
to leave the game.
