I have to go with Jon for biggest surprise. I expected him to fit in well at Dania, and I felt that he had significant upside potential, but I sure didn't expect him to be this good this fast.

Biggest disappointment.....probably Urkidi. I don't know if it's just when I'm watching, but I haven't seen him look sharp at all this year.
