CREATE AN AMATEUR PROGRAM!!!
Befor you go giving the current players raises and percentages
buy a freakin insurance policy that can let amateurs play on the
damn court!
Hire some qualified teachers.... Benny comes to mind maybe Daniel
if he knows how to teach. Go recruit kids from the local schools
like the karate people do.
Nothing will bring interest back like some home grown Local AMERICAN
STARS! Groom some local amateur players to be the next Benny,
Kent, Daniel, Billy, Joey.....
When I used to play my mother, father, brother and sisters used
to cme and bring their friends also.
Maybe create another small building somewhere on the property
with a beginner court so when the parents want to visit the casino
they can drop their kids off there to stay out of trouble.
Just get some kind of Amateur school going TODAY!
The casino wont be open for a while so start grooming the kids
NOW!
