I'll say it's 15 game points until a lock game point occurs, and
47 points total on the board (not including the play-off points).
Here's my scenario:
Took me about 20 minutes to work out...by hand! lol. Starts off
with post 1 (or 2) running 6 straight points and losing the game
point to post 8. I'm not gonna list the entire scenario, but in
the end, post 5 serves to post 1 for lock game point. Let's say
post 5 wins. The first play-off is 6 serves to 7, and 7 wins.
The final pay-off is post 2 serving to post 3, and post 3 wins.
(So the 5-6-3 mentioned earlier is possible, too.)
Total points on the board (not including the playoff points) is
(7) teams with 6 points and (1) team with 5 points = 42+5=47 points.
If I'm wrong, imma faint...lol.
