I never saw some of the Florida guys mentioned, but it's got to
be Inclan. I never felt the rest of his game was at an elite level
(it was very good, not great). Lots of guys can pick the serve,
but when it came to picking the serve AND killing the point, Inclan
was in a league of his own. He also forced more overserves and
underserves than anyone else because guys were so scared serving
it to him.
