Those are good, P.E.T. Not that I would suggest any of them at
this time, but that's not the point. Sillier things have brought
so-called 'sports' to the public attention.
The 'brainstorming' or 'blue sky' approach, in management theory,
involves a group (not necessarily directly connected to the situation)
throwing out wild ideas about a particular issue. The rationale
isn't that someone will accidentally come up with the perfect
solution, but that the infusion of so many off-the-wall contributions
will somehow get everyone's creative juices flowing and trigger
some new ideas, ultimately resulting in some 'real' suggestions.
So, bring it!
