I have long argued with my jai alai friends that a shorter season or even less performances weekly year round would be a good thing for the game. With fewer performances to make the boleto, I think we would see stronger play. As a fan in Florida, I am spoiled by the ability to see live jai alai any day of the week, but I also remember how excited I used to be when Opening Day rolled around.
