Gone are the days when the backcourter was just a consistent catcher.
Long ago, the players were all so good, they kept the ball so
close to the wall, and opting to catch in the forehand side wasn't
even available because the players kept the ball on the wall.
Now, totally different story, where you see backcourters playing
almost exclusively on the forehand, allowing for better aggression,
if they have it, like Elizegi, Irastorza, Lopez, etc.
These days, you have to be more aggressive to amount to anything.
I think that shows in Elizegi the most of any backcourter out
there today.
