Well, let's start out by saying that it's not like pinch hitters
in baseball. These guys know well in advance they're going to
play. They do the warmups, etc. It's gotta be just like a regular
game to them.
But, sometimes, a late-gamer will wind up as an early sub, or
vice-versa. This could skew things a bit.
What percentage of the betting public KNOWS there's a sub, and
do they do anything about it?
Do they lay off those games, thus reducing the pool?
Do they stay away from the subs (for whatever reason)?
Do they re-handicap the game?
