In Orlando, Rocha qualifies here. He tries and compensates with experience and knowledge. Someone like Pancho can throw the ball about 5 times harder than Rocha...can run and cover the court about 10 times as fast as Rocha but Rocha will beat him on ocasion by just knowing how to play the game and where to go on the court. Rocha has absolutely NO POWER left in his game and must win the point in other ways.
