If an early game player is substituting in a late 9 point game, (game 10 or 13 at Miami), I will not include that team in my bets. I think (correctly?) that in a 9 point game, a team usually must win a few points in a row to finish in the money - certainly to win or place. I figure that the early game substitute is a detriment to his team being able to do that. This is a great question.
