My own ratings
The public account would be like a racebook. I would start you
with an opening stake (say 100 Tigerbucks), and allow you to 'bet'
it through a data entry form. Winnings would (hopefully) accumulate,
and the overall standings would be available to all. Sort of like
we did with the Rumble, 'cept it wouldn't end and you could make
your own bets.
There will definitely be a Rumble after Labor Day. 6-8 Quinielas
will not be allowed.
