I only have $10 to bet? I'm staying home.....lol
Back in the 70s, there were a few times when I went to jai-alai
just to see the games, and didn't bet at all, but I have never
played with a bankroll as small as $10.
I think, though, that given that bankroll, I'd look for a good
value in the place pool in the early games and try to raise a
bit of cash that way. (That assumes that there's enough money
in the place pool to make it worthwhile.) With my luck, though,
just when I drop my $2 place bet, someone else will bet $10 to
place on the same team. If successful, I'd go for some quinellas
in the late games. I'm not going in looking for a big score if
I'm starting with just $10.
