The Superfecta bet is probably the one bet still left that pays decent based on the $1 base. If you look at the payoff ratio to tri/sup at Dania usually the sup pays a lot more then the tri. An example would be catching a 4-1-3 tri that paid $200 to a 4-1-3-5 super that pays $1,800. My advice is that when a bettor tries to catch a super that they handicap or bet combos they usually play in the trifecta. You should then add the fourth number based on what number has the higher probablity coming in with that certain trifecta combo. For instance, if you like the 4-1-3 tri certain numbers have a higher probability of coming in 4th with this combo then others. My opinion is that if you strongly like one particular quiniela in a superfecta game invest the extra money and take a shot at the super.
