It would take a true visionary with money and love of the sport. The first thing would be to understand the dynamics of the fan and the players who play the sport. Each must be respected while at the same time they must respect each other. Any player not giving 100% percent (and all that that entails...if you know what I mean) can't be a pelotari in my fronton (as a matter of fact someone like that doesn't deserve the label pelotari). Any fan that goes outside the bounds of good taste and decency is going outside (literally). I'd spread my money around wisely and promote the game as much as maybe winning money, but I'd sell excitement and uniqueness. If you could get just 20 new fans a week (A WEEK!!!) that would be 1000 more people in one year! There are no simple solutions to a complex problem but sometimes you can keep chipping away and get surprising results.
