Interesting question....and one to which I have given exactly
zero thought until now.
I'm leaning toward no, at least in the near term. If a fronton
is going to be successful in Havana, it would have to be due to
tourism, and it would take a while for Havana to once again become
a tourist destination. Because of the current level of poverty
in Cuba, I can't imagine that the resident population could support
a fronton.....at least not until the Cuban economy has had time
to improve drastically.
Then again....if they can have VLTs.....ROFL!
