Tiger, You are wrong about the totes. Both United and Amtote can and do take rebet, but Autotote can not. It is up to the guest location, (if they want to remind the tote to go to game 15 during game 7). As to the players, they stop in Spain when the score is close to allow for additional betting in the stands, its not foreign to them.
